Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 19, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 003988 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and VINCENT PETROVIC, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 30, Block 775, of TWELFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 8, 8A through 8V, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 26th day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
