NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-008333 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JANET L DODGE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET L. DODGE N/K/A MICHAEL CHESTER; TENANT #1 N/K/A DEZMON CHESTER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
