NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-007597 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR3 is the Plaintiff and JULIAN MCCANN; JULIAN A. MCCANN AS TRUSTEE OF THE JULIAN A. MCCANN TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2005; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JULIAN A. MCCANN TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2005; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AMARYLLIS PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 25th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
