NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001747 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and LUCILLE A OSBORNE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BLOCK 35, LESS 10 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE AS SHOWN ON GULF GATE, UNIT NO. 9 , ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
