NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-000297 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DOROTHEA WALTERS; DOROTHEA WALTERS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DOROTHEA WALTERS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2011; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DOROTHEA WALTERS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2011; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
