NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003207 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP L. HILDEBRAND A/K/A PHILIP L. HILDEBRAND; KAREN Y. MARTIN; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN GUSE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KIM GUSE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 25th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
