NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed on 27 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-55660, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO GONZALEZ CASCADE CAPITAL, LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HUNGTINGTON NAT'L BANK SEGA, LLC UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERTO GONZALEZ UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 23, UNIT 6, REPLAT OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 263, AT PAGE 344, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
