NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by the Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on February 6, 2014, in Case No. 12-CA-051396 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LUIZA RIBEIRO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIZA RIBEIRO; BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLASOL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONIAL PROPERTIES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
