NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5-29-14 entered in Case No. 12-CA-053916 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Roseann Anthos, Deceased; Mary Lynn Pektas: Steven R. Anthos; Carleton Place Condominium Association, Inc.; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 30, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 704, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/31 SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1432, PAGES 1425 THROUGH 1469, OF CARLETON PLACE CONDOMINIUM, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
