Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Foreclosure and for Damages entered on May 30, 2014 in Case No. 2010-CA-005191-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which AERL, LLC is the Plaintiff, and API 3, INC., DEAN A. ARNOLD, MICHAEL JEPPESEN, ABSOLUTE ALUMINIUM, INC., JEPPESEN BUILDING CORP., CEMEX CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FLORDIA, LLC and RAYMOND BUILDING SUPPLY CORP., are the Defendants, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment will be sold by electronic sale on July 3, 2014 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031 Fla. Stat:
Lots 17, 18 and 19, NORTH PORT PARK OF COMMERCE,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 50 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
