URBAN A/K/A ERIC URBAN A/K/A ERIC A. URBAN PA; NAOMI URBAN; LORA B. URBAN (MCCONNELL); MULTIBANK 2009-1 CRE VENTURE, LLC; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30 day of of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
