NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-050102 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“fannie mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the united states of america, Plaintiff, and DENNIS J. WELCOME; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ANNIE RUCKER, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A ESMIRALDA DIJO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 6, BRENTWOOD SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
