NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-053910 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association not in its individual capacity, but solely as Legal Title Trustee for LVS Title Trust I, Plaintiff and James B. Esarey a/k/a James Esarey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 12, FORT MYERS VILLAS, UNIT 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
