NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007650-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SONDRA ROMITO; LOAN SIMPLE, INC F/K/A ASCENT HOME LOANS, INC; ANTHONY BARCELO JR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of June, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½, OF THE NORTHWEST ¼, OF THE NORTHEAST ¼, OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼, OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 19. TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET FOR THE ROAD PURPOSES AND LESS THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO PASCO COUNTY BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4305, PAGE 304, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE EAST ½,OF THE NORTHEAST ¼, OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼, OF THE NORTHWEST ¼, OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET FOR ROAD AND UTILITIES ONLY AND LESS THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO PASCO COUNTY BY WARRANTY DEED IN O.R, BOOK 4305, PAGE 304, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
