NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005579ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-FRE1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and, VANN, VALAREE, et. al., are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 19th day of June, 2014, the following described property:
