SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and FRANK BOLIN; MICHELLE BOLIN; ALLEN EDWARD LOURA AKA ALLEN E. LOURA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN EDWARD LOURA AKA ALLEN E. LOURA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STEPHEN CALDWELL; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).

COMMENCE 2036.43 FEET NORTH AND 865.99 FEET EAST FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 2 DEGREES 35' WEST, 501.91 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 2 DEGREES 35' WEST 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 47' EAST 224.21 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 2 DEGREES 35' EAST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 47' WEST 224.21 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO PASCO COUNTY FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1275, PAGE 944, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. (A/K/A LOT 183, COVINGTON UNRECORDED PLAT PHASE 5)
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
