NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004524-XXXX-WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ONBEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, MASTER ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST2007-NCW MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGHCERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-NCW, Plaintiff, and, KEVIN SOWLES, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of July, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 14 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 1, TRACT 33, C E CRAFTS SUBDIVISION NO.4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
