NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-009724, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and STEVEN C. JORDAN; CITY OF TAMPA; LUCY JORDAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 68 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE NORTH 58 FEET OF LOT 14 BLOCK P OF RIVERBEND MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
