NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-19800 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.HILLSBOROUGH.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on this 23rd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 7, AND THE EAST 20.00 OF LOT 8, BLOCK 61, TAMPA OVERLOOK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOX 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
