NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-2257 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.HILLSBOROUGH.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on this 8th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 66 of HENDRY & KNIGHTS ADDITION to SULPHUR SPINGS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the West ½ of the closed alley abutting said lot on the East.
