NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-CA-015846 DIV C in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3, Plaintiff, and, FELIX CACERES, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 27th day of June, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 5, BLOCK 15, TOWN `N COUNTRY PARK SECTION 9, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
