NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-006309 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12, Plaintiff, and, LUIS BRICENO, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 1st day of July, 2014, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT D IN BUILDING NO. 51 .IN WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON JANUARY 31, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, AT PAGE 616 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
