NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-008327 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Equestrian Parc at Highwoods Preserve Condominium Association, Inc., Highwoods Preserve Property Owners Association, Inc., Mehdi Yaghoubinejad, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., Tenant #1 N/K/A Morteza Mansouroi, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
