NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 09, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-010497 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES 2006-3 TRUST, HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff and AURELIO P MENENDEZ AKA AURELIO MENENDEZ, ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM , JUNE 27, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 158 OF WHISPER LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3801 PAGE 259 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
