NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007512, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and NIKKI L. PERMUY; THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 7627, IN BUILDING 1900, OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4381, AT PAGE 1167, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1,, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
