The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5, Plaintiff and DAVID G. RICHTER; JENNY L RICHTER; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this June 24th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
