Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated April 3, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-005097, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-16 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and MARK HOWE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 44, BLOCK 9, BAY ARBOR UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGE 99-107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
