NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-004269-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-A, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-A, is Plaintiff and Imperial Oaks Condominium Association, Corazon R. Pangan, Inc and Simon R. Pangan, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. H103, BUILDING NO. H, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 110 AND 111, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4980, PAGES 1953 TO 1993, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
