NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-009594-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Springleaf Home Equity, Inc., formerly known as American General Home Equity, Inc., is Plaintiff and Unknown Parties claiming, by, through, under or against the Estate of Kim M. Griesenbrock, whether said Unknown Parties claim as, Kimberly Calbert, Jane Griesenbrock, and Tisha Lynn Newcomb, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, JEFFERSON MANOR ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6401 63rd Way North, St Petersburg, FL 33709
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
