NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-003143-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and ROBERT E HAMEL, AND JENNIFER HAMEL, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, of Block 1, STARKEY HEIGHTS, UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, at Page 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
