Unit 106, FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5979, Pages 1555-1613, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 27, 2014.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
