GRESS A/K/A MARGARET GRESS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET E. GRESS A/K/A MARGARET GRESS N/K/A REFUSE NAME; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; PIPERS GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PIPERS GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/25/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 4450, PAGE 988, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
