and commonly known as: 6262 142ND AVE N UNIT 1103, CLEARWATER, FL 33760; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
