Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
BUILDING 4, UNIT 102, VILLAGGIO AT TIERRA VERDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13549, PAGES 1150 THROUGH 1274, AND RECORDED AT CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGE 33, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE II BY AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT O.R. 13704, PAGES 908 THROUGH 918 AND AT CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 97 THROUGH 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and commonly known as: 630 PINELLAS BAY WAY 4102, TIERRA VERDE, FL 33715; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
