YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for Homeowner Association Assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 1205, CLEARVIEW OAKS UNIT 7, a Condominium according to Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 32 through 34 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2311, Page 482, and as amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James R. De Furio, Esquire of James R. De Furio, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 201 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 775, Tampa, Florida 33602-7800 either (a) within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
