NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-008892-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Ferruggia Family Trust #1927 as Trustee for Wrobel Industries, Inc., Unknown Tenant n/k/a Steven Atherton, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT PART OF 51 OF SUNSET HIGHLANDS UNIT NO.1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 50 OF SAID SUNSET HIGHLAND UNIT NO. 1 RUN THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 10' 09” EAST ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF HIGHLAND AVENUE 219.62 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 49' 51” EAST 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 10' 09” EAST 70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 49' 51” WEST 150 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HIGHLAND AVENUE; THENCE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 10' 09” WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
