RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-000005-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JEANNE P. EMMONS A/K/A JEANNE P. HAMMOND, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit D-106, building D as shown on Condominium Plat of RUSTLEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 46 through 51, amended in Condominium Plat Book 28, Page 48, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed March 6, 1978 in O.R. Book 4665, page 132, through 160 inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 4672, Page 977, in O.R. Book 4778, Page 1761, in O.R. Book 4846, Page 415, in O.R. Book 4852, Page 609, in O.R. Book 4944, Page 22 and in O.R. Book 5274, Page 1991, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenants thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
