NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-007793 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-FRE2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FRE2, Plaintiff and Tamara Sue Vasquez a/k/aTamara Sue Poling-Ozard a/k/a Tamara S. Poling-Ozard a/k/a Tamara Sue Poling a/k/a Tammy Ozard are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, FARM REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
