UNIT A-1914, BUILDING 19, PHASE VI, HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 122-128, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDIMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5314, PAGES 1195-1272, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
