NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-009936 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Linda B. Jibrael a/k/a Linda Jibreal, Sayyid Jibreal, Stephanie T. Carrington, Kesser Finance Company, LLC, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6 and the South 1/2 of Lot 5, Trelain Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 8, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2230 Trelain Dr. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
