NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-012667, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein H & R BLOCK BANK is the Plaintiff and CARLOS FISHER A/K/A CARLOS T. FISHER; MELINDA FISHER A/K/A MELINDA L. FISHER AKA MELINDA LYSETTE FISHER; BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; SAND CANYON CORPORATION FKA OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 41, OF BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, AT PAGE 35 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
