NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-008910-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-ASAP6, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Karen L. D. Craven, Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Wendel Lily, Deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, trustees or other claimants and Kenneth Griben, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block B, Oak Grove Manor, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 63, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6267 51st Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33709.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
