NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-009662 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein National Community Capital Fund Tampa #1, LLC, is Plaintiff and Robert Harry Allen, Susanna Lynn Allen Unknown Tenant # 1 n/k/a Nick Coogle Unknown Tenant # 2 n/k/a Desiree Alexander, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 6 OF JEFFERSON MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 5432 63rd Way North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
