NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-015237-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-HE1, is Plaintiff and Donna M. Billings, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 13, of First Section Lellman Heights, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3518 51st Ave N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33714.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
