NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-008170 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THAT CERTAIN POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 1999, RELATED TO METROPOLITAN ASSET FUNDING, INC., II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1999-B, WHOSE MAILING ADDRESS IS METROPOLITAN FINANCIAL CENTER C/O METWEST MORTGAGE SERVICES, 601 W. 1ST AVENUE, DEPT. 113200, SPOKANE, WASHINGTON 99201-5013, is Plaintiff and Trish L. McConnell, et. al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, WHISPERING PINES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2780 20TH AVENUE, SOUTHWEST, LARGO, FL 33774
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
