NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-004112 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-A, is Plaintiff and Cherie Robinson; Unknown Spouse of Cherie Robinson; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union f/k/a MacDill Federal Credit Union, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 22, Lewis Island Section 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 60 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3860 Wahoo Drive SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33705
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
