NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-001361-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and AMBER L .SMITH, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, PINEBROOK ESTATE PHASE 2, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 16 AND 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
