NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-5610-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and SERIF SKOCIC, AND EDITA SKOCIC ET AL. are the Defendants.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 18, 2014 in accordance with Fla. Stats. Chapters 45 and 702, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, RIO VISTA SECTION SIX REPLAT OF BLOCK THIRTY-ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
ALSO KNOWN AS: 203 84TH AVENUE NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL. 33702.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
