NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated March 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005996-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is Plaintiff and JOANN E. BRAWNER, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Seminole Canal Estates, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 68, at Page 68, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 9444 88th Terrace, Seminole, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
