NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-003278-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Patricia A. Perry a/k/a Patricia Ann Perry and Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Options One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 127 of DOUGLAS MANOR PARK, 1ST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page(S) 91 AND 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1341 Eastfield Drive, Clearwater, FL 33764
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
